POTENSI VISUAL DAN STORYTELLING EKOWISATA BUKIT PANGONAN DI ERA DIGITAL

Abstract


Obyek wisata Bukit Pangonan Kabupaten Banyumas mempunyai potensi dalam pengembangan tujuan wisata yang hijau, sehat, alami dan lokal di era digital. Potensi visual tidak hanya terkait dengan estetika, namun juga nilai dan makna yang lebih luas, seperti: kebahagiaan, pengalaman, pengetahuan, kenangan (memori), konektivitas sosial, bahasa dan aktualisasi diri dalam bentuk narasi cerita (storytelling). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi visual obyek wisata bukit Pangonan Kabupaten Banyumas. Potensi visual yaitu visual yang unik dan bernilai dari obyek wisata tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif eksploratif melalui studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner terbuka (open-ended), wawancara dan studi dokumen dari berbagai sumber yang terpublikasi maupun yang tidak terpublikasi. Data kemudian diolah secara kualitatif dengan metode open coding, axial coding, dan selective coding. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa potensi visual fisik kawasan wisata Bukit Pangonan adalah:  view diatas bukit, wisata hijau-sehat-alami, dan wisata lokal. Faktor-faktor tersebut merupakan faktor unik dan bernilai yang dapat menciptakan sense of place Bukit Pangonan. Namun demikian, utilitas marjinal akan semakin menurun seiring dengan intensitas kunjungan, sehingga peran kreativitas diperlukan untuk memperkuat potensi visual branding kawasan
