KAJIAN APLIKASI BRAND IDENTITY PADA ELEMEN DESAIN INTERIOR GOURMET CAFÉ PETITENGET

Abstract


Abstract: The growth of the café business in Bali is growing very rapidly, this also happened in the Petitenget area, Seminyak Bali. Seminyak is one of the destinations of both local and foreign tourists when visiting Bali. Petitenget in particular has a tourism potential that is no less interesting when compared to other regions in Bali, it supports the café business to develop more with various concepts. Gourmet Café is one of the café businesses in Petitenget. Every business needs a brand identity to make a difference from other businesses. Brand identity can also be applied to elements of interior design, the goal is that consumers or visitors can return to visit the place so that the brand identity of the business will increase and ultimately increase capital. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods through analysis based on related indicators. Data collection is done through literature and references. It is hoped that this research can help other businesses implement brand identity in interior design elements, as well as help design in brand identity applications in interior design.

Abstrak: Pertumbuhan bisnis café di Bali berkembang sangat pesat, hal tersebut juga terjadi di daerah Petitenget, Seminyak Bali. Seminyak merupakan salah satu tujuan para wisatawan baik lokal atau luar negeri jika berkunjung ke Bali. Petitenget khususnya memiliki potensi wisata yang tidak kalah menarik jika dibandingkan dengan daerah lain di Bali, hal tersebut mendukung bisnis café untuk lebih berkembang dengan berbagai konsep. Gourmet Café adalah salah satu bisnis café di Petitenget. Setiap bisnis membutuhkan identitas brand (merk) untuk memberikan perbedaan dengan bisnis lainnya. Identitas brand dapat juga diaplikasikan ke dalam elemen desain interior, tujuannya adalah agar para konsumen atau pengunjung dapat kembali mengunjungi tempat tersebut sehingga identitas brand dari bisnis tersebut akan lebih naik dan akhirnya meningkatkan kapital. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui analisis berdasarkan indikator terkait. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui literatur dan referensi. Diharapkan penelititan ini dapat membantu bisnis lain dalam menerapkan identitas brand (merk) dalam elemen desain interior, serta membantu untuk desain dalam aplikasi brand identity dalam desain interior.
